After you finished the test, questions danced in your head. Did you do well? What class did you make? What class did your friends make? You had to leave the room after you finished the test and you were told that after everyone finished, the results would be posted in the hall. Maka and Annabelle sat with you in the hall, along with other people who you had just met. A boy with long blonde hair and soft blue eyes, his name was Francis. A tan boy with fluffy brown hair and green eyes named Antonio. Then finally, an albino boy named Gilbert that ran off with Soul.
"Don't worry, I'm sure you guys all did fine!" Maka smiled at everyone.
"We need no pity." Antonio said darkly.
"Antonio! Cheer up!" Francis started fussing over his friend.
"I probably did horrible." You said. Doubt filled every corner of your mind.
"You have to get a 90% to get into the EAT class, if that's what you're worried about." Annabelle said. "I did research on everything and I had a hard time on some of those questions!"
You perked up. "Really?" She nodded at you. "Oh, the odds of anyone getting in that class are so low then, no one should worry!" You sighed. "Yea, right. I tried."
She punched your shoulder playfully. "Hey. Stop worrying. It'll only make you feel worse." She looked at Antonio. "That goes for you, too, mister gloomy!" She giggled and stood up. "Why don't we all take a walk? Just sitting here won't get anything done!"
Maka stood up, too. "That's a great idea! I'll give you guys a tour, how does that sound?"
"That won't be necessary." The door opened to reveal Sid, who had the list in his hand along with some tape. "If you'll all step back, you can see the list." Everyone stepped back just enough to let Sid tape up the list. "And now, you can look! It's a promising group this year!" He walked away and as soon as he did, everyone swarmed around the list.
EAT:
"Don't worry, I'm sure you guys all did fine!" Maka smiled at everyone.
"We need no pity." Antonio said darkly.

You and Annabelle looked at the list, then back at each other. You would have to be in separate classes. You looked around for anyone who might be you partner and sighed. Your group were still the only ones in the hallway. You sighed and turned to Maka, who seemed to be in awe.
"Wow, eight new EAT students this year." She trailed off. "Okay guys, have Sid show you to the NOT class. I have to get Annabelle here to our EAT class. I wish you guys good luck!" She grabbed Annabelle by the arm and dragged her away. Annabelle waved at you with a sad smile on her face.
"Well, this sucks." You mumble. Sighing, you look over to the doorway where Sid was standing.
"Here, I'll show you guys to your new classroom." He smiled at you, then turned around and motioned for you to follow him. He lead you to a class that wasn't too far away. It was only just down the hall. "I hope you guys enjoy it here in Death City. Lord Death is glad to have you stay." He smiled at you once more, then turned around to go back to the list, as to direct other students.
You sighed and took a seat in a desk. This was going to be a long day.

I know, it's another short chapter. But oh well! It's better than nothing! I was sick of this chapter after I put all the names in alphabetical order, then switched the layout of the list three times. Anyway, I own nothing but myself and the story line.
